Submit prescriptions to University Pharmacy using three different options.
Please include the patient's full name, phone number, and date of birth when submitting your prescription.
Call our prescriber line and speak with a pharmacist:

Once the prescription is received, we will contact the patient for confirmation.
Our typical turnaround time for most compounded medications is within 24 to 48 hours.
